How To Read The CASIL Newsletter

This is intended simply as a “HOW TO” Guide to Review The Newsletter and What To Expect. 

The PURPOSE: 

CASIL NOTES are intended to provide a BRIEF summary of major events – usually international – and a brief “so-what” or “what the event means” to the U.S. and you.

Time Frame:

Each Newsletter will cover a specified time as listed at the top.

STRUCTURE:

CASIL NOTES will list an “Event/Issue” by briefly describing it.

After that description, there will be a “What This Means” section. 

COMMENT:

 I will use proven analytic processes to describe the events/issues and their significance.   All assessments will be fact-based and I wi attempt to avoid opinion, but in all honesty likely not eliminate it.
